Hi, I’m Andres Aviles.

I’ve been in real estate since 2016, and over the years I’ve helped clients buy, sell, lease, invest, and navigate some pretty emotional decisions. What I learned pretty quickly is that people don’t just need someone to open a door or send them listings. They need someone who can help them slow down, ask better questions, and make sure the move actually makes sense.

That’s a big reason I added mortgage lending. It gave me another tool in the tool belt to protect my clients, explain the numbers clearly, and help them see the full picture before they make a decision.

My goal is not to push you into anything. My goal is to help you build the right game plan — whether that’s buying now, selling later, refinancing, investing, or taking baby steps until the timing is right.

I started young and built my experience one relationship at a time. Today I help buyers and sellers across DFW & North Texas — and, as a mortgage loan officer, I can help with financing across all of Texas — in English and Spanish.
