As a .5 generation immigrant-American, owning a house has always been a dream of mine. Even from young, common saying such as "do well in life, you can buy a house" were imprinted in my brain. But as the 2021 sellers market came about, this dream was becoming less and less realistic. With that said, we were still persistent. He did not only answer our "million", diverse of questions, but his delightful personality made Saturday mornings an event to look forward to! In the end, Andres was able to find us a beautiful house which worked for me and my roommate. Even with the sellers market, he was able to negotiate our offer to price we never even dreamed of! I came into this with no idea what to do or how to do it. I had never rented a property out before! He guided me and made this smooth and easy. He came out and met with me and went over everything in the lease agreement and asked if I wanted to add certain things and made sure that everything was to my liking before Listing. Once we were ready to hit the market, he came out and took some really good photos and had it posted so fast. The turnaround from hitting the market to the first lease was much quicker than I had anticipated and I owe it All to Andrea. Highly recommend.
